BEWARE - Poor quality installation.A section of our 3 year old roof blew off during the January 2024 storm. The majority of the shingles recovered only had 3 nail holes (manufacturer installation says 4 nails) & majority of nail holes were above the nail line on the common bond - all factors contributing to it blowing off in the winds. There is overwhelming evidence that the roof was not installed properly. However Sankoz Corp denies any responsibility for damage incurred to our home & would not reimburse us the cost of repair (we hired another roofer to fix).
